For a successful CNC machining company, we are looking for CNC milling cutters, machining mechanic, CNC programming, precision mechanics and CNC machining forces (m/w/d) for the production of high-quality precision components in machine and tool construction.

Your tasks

• Self-programming, setting and operating modern CNC milling machines
• Work with Heidenhain, Haas, Fanuc and Sinumerik-840D controls
• Creation, adaptation and optimization of CNC programs
• Support for CAM programming with MasterCam
• selection of suitable tools as well as setting optimal cutting values and milling strategies
• Production of individual parts and small series according to technical drawings
• Implementation of measurement, shape and quality controls
• Monitoring and optimization of production processes
• Roughs and release of machines for production

That's what you bring

You are perfectly suited to this position if you have a training or professional experience as:

• CNC milling cutter
• Training mechanic
• CNC programmer
• Field mechanics
• Tool mechanics
• CNC power
• or in a comparable metal job.

Ideally, you also have:

• Experience in independent programming and setup of CNC milling machines
• Knowledge of Heidenhain, Haas, Fanuc or Sinumerik-840D controls
• Experience with MasterCam is advantageous
• Safe working according to technical drawings
• Experience in individual parts and small series production
• Self-employed, precise and quality-conscious operation
• German language and writing
