Development and implementation of the security strategy & governance, including project management, company security regulations with a global approach Implementation of position and risk analyses as well as creation of position reports for internal bodies and foreign sites and societies Planning, implementation and management of large structural-technical safety projects (e.g. alarm systems, building infrastructure, safety centers) and owner protection Representation of the Head of Corporate Security in Crisis and Emergency Management in Nature Events, Accidents and Other Damages Implementation of safety reviews, protection concepts for persons & groups and travel security measures in cooperation with external specialists Cooperation with owners, authorities, networks & associations

Complete studies in the field of safety management or comparable course of study or relevant training with corresponding professional experience Multiannual professional experience in the field of corporate security/work protection, including project management as well as experience in building infrastructure, construction-technical safety and plant investigations knowledge of business management and security infrastructure for buildings and production facilities as well as experience in handling security-specific IT applications (e.g. access control systems) and MS Office German knowledge and good English skills, driving licence and readiness for weekend and travel activities Embossed communication and enforcement strength, high standing, fast responsiveness and sovereign appearance even in critical situations
