The subject area ''Hilfen for Young People''' covers the areas of search prevention & counselling, occupational search prevention, outpatient assistance for education, offers for children and adolescents from searches & mentally burdened families, family house, companion handling and GWA.

Together with the management forces, you are responsible for the technical, economic and strategic management and develop the offers forward-looking further You accompany, strengthen and develop the leadership in their leadership tasks, and set important impulses in the areas of change, innovation and quality development. You connect the field of expertise in the interior and exterior, work confidently with department management, executive board and staff offices, and engage in sustainable relationships with cost providers and cooperation partners.

You have a completed study of social work, social education or a comparable qualification. You have collected and understood leadership experience to lead people with clarity, trust and participation You know the help for young people from the field of practice and bring knowledge in one or more fields of work. Experiences in addiction prevention and in outpatient or inpatient youth assistance are particularly welcome. You want to further develop offers.
