Join our team and you'll be responsible for leading and managing talent development initiatives that drive organizational growth and enhance employee skills. Working in the People Development department, you will implement cutting-edge talent development programs, oversee international projects, and ensure alignment with our strategic goals. You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labor market to make it work for everyone, by fostering innovative learning solutions and driving impactful change across the organization. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Talent Development experts Further develop the internal Academy by managing a portfolio of state-of-the-art Talent Development products and conducting needs analyses in partnership with People Partners and business stakeholders to derive strategic measures. Define and analyze relevant talent development KPIs to drive actions strategic, and foster trend scouting and benchmarking on People Development topics. Own and manage international talent development projects with impact on the entire The Stepstone Group, priority initiatives, and ensure delivery of global standards and processes (e.g., learning, training, coaching, diagnostic tools) aligned with the overall people and organizational strategy. Present decision templates to top management to advance projects and act as a trusted advisor for senior leaders on all People Development matters. Deliver and moderate (team) workshops

Successfully completed a Master's degree in Economics, Psychology, or a comparable qualification, with at least 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in management consultancy or a balancing dynamic company, ideally with leadership experience in Talent Management/Learning & Development. representative expertise in learning consultancy, diagnostic tools, workshop moderation, and delivering and/or coaching/trainer certification. Demonstrate a confident presence at all company levels and a drive to advance projects in an international context, with a hands-on mentality and innovative ideas. Exhibit a results-oriented approach and the ability to navigate effectively in a fast-changing environment. Fluent English is essential, German is desired, additional languages are an advantage
