Coordination & Leadership in Civil Engineering Technical management and coordination of all activities in civil engineering and civil engineering across all phases of the project Ensuring a smooth flow of information between civil engineering, project management, engineering management and mechanical, electrical and process engineering structures Civil subcontractors: Planning, monitoring, review and approval of services Technical interfaces & project coordination Responsible support of the interfaces between Civil Engineering and all other technical disciplines Testing and commenting of technical documents, drawings, calculations and performance directories Civil area Monitoring compliance with technical standards, standards and legal requirements (e.g. DIN, Eurocodes, DVGW) Regulations Offer phase & costing Support of offering scaling using HOAI-based tools and calculation methods Coordination of technical and economic content with Civil subcontractors during the offer phase Participation in the production of technical tender documents, schedules and scales Communication & customer contact Secure access to all civil related topics in customer discussions – both during the offer phase and during Project management expert advice on licensing issues, in particular on building law and application procedures; Interfaces to authorities, reviewers and external stakeholders Quality, Dates & Compliance Ensuring the time, cost and quality implementation of all civil works Creation and maintenance of relevant project reports, progress controls and risk assessments Support in Claim and Change Management from Civil View

Complete studies in civil engineering, infrastructure planning or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in plant engineering, ideally in projects of energy or process industry Funded knowledge of civil engineering workflows and HOAI based costing Experience in collaboration with subcontractors and multidisciplinary engineering teams Knowledge of the right of approval (Construction application/Construction filing procedure) very good communication and coordination skills Structured operation, high self-responsibility very good German knowledge (min.
