Your tasks: Discipline and professional leadership of the LIGA team Ensuring the proper execution of all business processes Responsibility for electronic banking, digital customer support, online appearance and one-and-done processes Conception, implementation and further development of digital and automated sales and production processes Control and Optimization of Omnichannel Processes Interface to internal departments and external service providers Participation in reporting, success planning and strategic development of the area

Your profile: (m/w/d) or comparable commercial qualification and ideally based on a further training to the banking specialist (m/w/d) or Account Manager (m/w/d) First leadership experience of advantage Good knowledge of the cooperative banking environment (agree BAP, BankingWorkspace, ContentManager) Ideally experience with payment products (e.g. BankingManager, Profi cash, VR Online Banking) Expertise in Electronic Banking and Digital Banking Comprehensive knowledge in MS Office applications Analytical, process- and solution-oriented thinking with high responsibility Experience in project work, process optimization and quality management
