You accompany offers from creation to order acquisition in the ERP system and keep dates and procedures in mind. Transport organization, production of shipping documents and registration of exports are certainly your responsibility. In direct contact with customers, you coordinate inquiries and communicate professionally by phone and email in German and English.

You have completed commercial training and ideally bring several years of experience in export, foreign trade or shipping. Through customs and external economic law, you can safely and safely navigate ATLAS or similar customs processing systems as well as ERP systems and international shipping processing. You deal with export and customs documents (e.g. export declaration, EUR.1, ATR, certificates of origin, supplier declarations). As an organizational designer, you can reliably implement complex processes with a structured and independent manner of operation. With team spirit, communication strength and intercultural competence, you work successfully with colleagues, customers and international partners. You know English safely in word and writing; additional foreign language skills are a plus.
