You write all debitoral business incidents in due time and tune main and secondary books You manage and maintain contract data in the SaaS environment, including the correct mapping of subscription contracts You ensure the timely and complete failure of services provided You account for sales revenues, especially in the field of subscription contracts, and conduct the dunning in close cooperation with Sales and other teams by yourself You develop existing processes and systems, in particular in the area of billing, O2C and CRM integration, and work with the implementation of a new ERP system Reports and analyses on debitoral issues for internal and external stakeholders

You have a commercial vocational training You bring at least 3-5 years of professional experience in debitor accounting, in the SaaS environment or as finance business partner:in for sales with You have experience in the implementation and optimization of ERP systems as well as in the secondary book and subscription management You have experience in the integration and optimization of CRM systems in financial processes (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and in the standardization and digitization of accounting processes You are safe in handling Excel, DATEV, Oracle Netsuite (desirable) and CRM systems You have knowledge of HGB and tax law; additional knowledge in US-GAAP (incl. SOX) or IFRS is a plus, and you speak German and have good English knowledge in word and writing
