Working Student Recruiting (m/f/d)

You support our team throughout the Recruiting Lifecycle - from the creation of the job advertisement to the successful occupation. You plan and carry out active sourcing measures. You are responsible for expanding and expanding our university marketing. From voting with our candidates to coordinating interviews, you get the chance to get a wide range of insights into the areas of recruiting. You have the opportunity to participate and take responsibility for projects related to employee acquisition.

You are a registered student in the field of BWL, (economic)psychology, pedagogy or a comparable degree course, ideally with a focus on staff. Ideally, you bring first recruiting practice experience through internships or working student activities. The handling of MS-Office is familiar to you as well as, if necessary, first experiences with popular applicant management tools. You work in a structured and self-responsible manner, you can inspire yourself for future-oriented recruiting topics and you are looking for solutions and goals. Your open communication and excellent knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
