Project Engineer / Expert Heat Treatment & Metallurgy (m/f/d)

As an ALTEC expert, you are a central knowledge provider and expert for customer processes and gas applications in the field of heat treatment of metals as well as electronic assembly production. You provide important expertise to our company and our customers in Central and Northern Europe to promote business growth.

Project management & design: You conduct complex application projects for industrial customers from the development of specific solutions with the required gases application equipment via the feasibility study to the final validation and commissioning. In doing so, you control internal and external partners and ensure that appointments, budgets and performance targets are achieved in a precise manner.

Practice & Audits: You conduct process optimization audits directly with the customer on site, including gas analysis and furnace atmosphere testing. In addition, you accompany commissioning and carry out technical training for users and colleagues.

Technological innovation: Based on market trends and customer needs, you develop new gas applications and optimize existing processes - from the first idea to field testing.

Technical Support & Consulting: As a specialist, you will advise customers and sales teams on process optimization and technical issues. You create documentation (plants, processes, trainings, specialist publications) and maintain our knowledge database.

Offer support: You develop the technical part of our customer offerings, taking into account cost-effectiveness and HSE standards.

Completed studies in engineering or comparable training.

Good know-how in the heat treatment of metals

Insufficient, extensive professional experience.
