Ensuring the smooth operation of the technological buildings Implementation of inspection, maintenance and maintenance work Analysis and elimination of disturbances in electrical, technical and mechanical installations Support for external firms and monitoring of external maintenance work Support for renovations, relocations and infrastructure projects Documentation of all works carried out and notification of deviations Compliance with safety, environmental and quality directives

(m/w/d) or mechatronics (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Vocational experience in building management or in building engineering desirable Good knowledge of the handling of technical equipment (electro, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary facilities) Handicraft skills and solutions Reliability, independence and team capability

The OPED is conveniently located on the A8, in just 30 minutes anti-cyclical from Munich or 30 minutes from Rosenheim. Parking is sufficient.
