Number: MER0003LQC In the development of alternative drives, the high-voltage electrical system is the central link between the individual high-voltage components (such as HV battery, power electronics, etc.) and external infrastructure (such as DC charging systems). In order to predict the behaviour of this complex network, research is carried out on the basis of numerous test carriers, test stands and simulations. In addition, various studies on new product projects are carried out during the development process. These challenges include: Conducting various tests on test vehicles and test benches Programming/parameterization of HV measurement technology with the software CANAPE/CSM/DEWESOFT Evaluation and processing of measurement data with the software DIADEM Construction and commissioning of specific HV measuring and testing equipment Controlling HV components with the aid of various SW, such as CANoe Measurement of small-voltage and high-voltage components with specific measurement technology Creation of simulation models with the SW PLECS/Matlab based on obtained measurement data Cooperation and support in specific working groups (networking) If training is already possible as an EFK(HV), a complete electrotechnical training is required. The internship can start from September/October 2025.
