We expand our Nord-Ost Directorate and build a new location in Saxony-Anhalt. The region offers a lot of potential! As a competent:r and experienced:r Project Manager:in (m/w/d), you are responsible for the organisation and implementation of complex, turnkey construction measures in the region. Your area of responsibility essentially includes the following fields of activity: Contact care for building and planning Coordination of the operations of specialist engineers:inside, specialist advisers:inside and after-takes instruction and guidance of the construction management and the entire construction site team Personal planning as well as equipment and material disposition Leadership and control of execution planning and tenders and awards Close support of the procurement process responsible monitoring of calculations, offers, construction processes, project controlling as well as ensuring the building site results Compliance with dates and performance qualities Reproduction design and implementation Negotiations with commissioners and follow-ups

A successfully completed study in the field of civil engineering or industrial engineering with a focus on construction Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position Experience in the realization of complex SF construction projects Business thinking and acting An independent and result-oriented procedure as well as a pronounced communicative competence complete your profile
