• Care and advice of your defined customer base

• Creating reports in close cooperation with adjacent departments and customers

• Implementation of evaluations and reviews of these key figures together with the customer

• Cooperation in food and contract logistics projects

• Analysis of customer data for identifying potentials and optimization possibilities

• Creation and calculation of complex offers as well as performance descriptions and their documentation

• Coordination of tenders and offers

• Implementation of new customers and ensuring a smooth transfer to the project team

• Working with cross-departmental projects and processes

• Optimization of sales activities through close cooperation with the field service

• Completed commercial logistic training or comparable completion

• experience in sales services or similar positions (e.g. field service, project management)

• Excellent communication skills (German C2, English or Polish of advantage)

• Very good knowledge in analyzing customer data and creating complex offers

• Team skills and experience in cross-departmental cooperation

• High customer orientation and very good MS Office skills, ideally experience with CRM systems

• Working hours from Monday to Friday at a 39-hour week with minute time recording

The remuneration is based on the collective agreement with overpayment based on professional experience and qualification. The minimum fee for the job is currently € 2,285.10 gross per month for full-time employment.
