You maintain the customers in your region in partnership, take regular dates and are responsible for approx. 30 objects You lead and coordinate a team of approx. 60-100 employees and are responsible for incorporating new colleagues (m/w/d) You are responsible for solving the problems arising in the daily business of both customers and employees You accompany the process of personnel procurement organised in the headquarters and make recruitment decisions You are in exchange with central sales and take part in on-site terminals with potential new customers

You have successfully completed a training in building cleaning or have a comparable qualification in the areas of retail, hotel industry or security.
