Your tasks: Ensuring performance for planning and implementing customer orders of the entire Factory Line, monitoring of performance (quantities, throughput times etc.) by the Factory Line, performing status meetings internally (KAM) and externally Address-oriented monitoring and reporting of results to the Head Factory Line or the Customer (external) Preparing and ensuring an escalation management for contract-compliant order implementation Analysis, transparency of a rollout plan for all third-market customers in cooperation with the Vendor manager analysis and identification of measures for efficiency, potentials, etc., Implementation of project changes (technology and process sequence) within the organization Controlling and ensuring rental contract management and new acquisition Technical contact for all employees with regard to the relevant customer stream Your skills: Completed studies of economics, engineering, etc., comparable degree or completed vocational training with additional qualification or long-term professional experience in the field of activity Multiannual professional experience in the field of activity desirable (project management, rollout project in the telecommunications environment, etc.) Basic technical knowledge for the telecommunications industry Confidence with the principles of agile working methods Experience with quality management, escalation management and project management Structured and analytical work, supported by self-organization and willingness to design, with the courage to create new solutions Reliable team player with strong communication skills and comprehensive stakeholder management Target group-specific communication English knowledge
