Project management incl. acquisition of project management and project management tasks based on AHO performance model with a focus on performance phases 1-8 for varied construction projects with different project volumes Preparing and realising projects in general with the participation of external planning offices including independent development of the project bases, the requirements for further implementation steps, design of contracts Coordination of internal and external stakeholders throughout the project Ensure the economic, time and quality planning and implementation of construction projects by independent development of site, usage and cost analyses up to the decision-making template that is subject to signature, in compliance with rules, guidelines, requirements of the UKL

Successful university degree as an engineer:in or industrial engineer:in the field of civil engineering, architecture or a comparable degree relevant professional experience advantageous, preferably in the area of medical care and/or research institutions Knowledge of technical and legal regulations including HOAI, procurement regulations and VOB application-proof knowledge in handling the complete Microsoft Office applications including scheduling software Personality with organisational skills and team skills, leadership, motivation and communication qualities, comprehensive enforcement and decision-making high consulting competence for interdisciplinary project tasks independent, structured, reliable and dedicated operation
