Head of the Security Organisation at the Bremen site and Representation of Group Security Implementation and maintenance of technical, organisational and personnel protection measures for classified information values Leadership and professional guidance of the local security team Responsibility for the protection of critical and sensitive information and business values and their continuous improvement Cooperation with IT-Security, CISO, Head of Corporate Security and Security Managers of other TKMS locations Coordination with service providers, subcontractors, authorities, customer representatives and their security managers Implementation of audits, emergency exercises and employee training as well as presentation of the company to the outside

Complete technical or university studies Multiannual, detectable leadership experience, ideally at group or department level Knowledge of physical security, information security and crisis management as well as reliable English knowledge of word and writing Very good MS Office knowledge and good knowledge of relevant standards and laws in the field of protection of sensitive customer information and critical infrastructure Embossed communication, conflict and intercultural skills as well as high organizational skills Enforcement, self-initiative, high social competence and strong leadership qualities Willingness to travel and to take part in further education and training
