You have basic technical understanding (e.g. by hobby in the PC area, experience with network / application technology, IT affinity from gastronomy, electrical retailing or the like) or experience in 2nd level support. No compelling IT training required. You speak clearly understandable German, English skills are of advantage. The willingness to work in early and late layers of Mo. – Fr. and once a month on weekends. After a comprehensive introduction, we look forward to volunteers who are also available for night shifts on a voluntary basis.
