Senior Consultant SAP RE-FX (S/4HANA) im Team Finance & Regulatory (m/f/d)

You bring real estate processes, contract management and financial architecture into line. Your focus is on the technical and technical implementation of SAP RE-FX in the S/4HANA context. Together with the Finance Architecture and Controlling teams, you are looking for clean processes and an accounting picture that carries. Analyze: You develop viable concepts for SAP RE-FX processes in the S/4HANA environment. Requirements from finance and real estate areas are structured and translated into implementable solutions. Design: You can design integrated process designs that cleanly interlink RE-FX with FI, main book, debitors, creditors and asset accounting. Implement: In Customizing, you design and optimise contract types, terms and booking logics. Existing structures will be developed. Ensure: You are responsible for the correct accounting mapping of lease ratios according to IFRS 16 and HGB. You keep both system logic and technical requirements in mind.

Integrate: Together with Finance and adjacent disciplines, you will ensure a stable integration into the Universal Journal and related processes. Accompanying: With S/4HANA Transformations, you support Conversion, Greenfield or Selective Data Transition Projects. You implement data migration in a structured manner and ensure quality and traceability.

Beraten: As a Sparring partner*in, you support specialist areas at eye level and combine professional depth with pragmatic implementation strength.

Qualification: completed studies in economics, economic informatics or comparable qualifications

Experience: multi-year project experience in customizing SAP RE-FX

Expertise: very good knowledge in SAP S/4HANA Finance, especially Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting and Integration FI-CO

Knowledge: sound understanding of the lease balance according to IFRS 16 and HGB

Project Practice: Experience in S/4HANA Transformation Projects, Conversion, Greenfield or Selective Data Transition

Data competence: knowledge of data migration, e.g. with LTMC or the migration cockpit.

Process understanding: safe handling of processes in real estate and contract management

Languages: English fluent
