Commercial Brand Manager (m/f/d)

Your role In this position, you take over the commercial management and further development of our food-and-beverage concepts at Zurich Airport – with a clear focus on Pret A Manger. Your contractual and organizational location is Frankfurt, at the same time you are responsible for the business at the Zurich site. Your regular presence on site ensures that our concepts are implemented in a brand-compliant manner and are economically successful. You are at the interface of brand, product and operational implementation and work closely with internal teams and international partners. We will give you the following tasks: You actively control the commercial development of your area of responsibility and continuously work to optimize sales and earnings. Based on key figures, you analyze the performance, identify potentials and derive concrete measures – from assortment adjustments to pricing to promotions and presentation at the point of sale. A special focus is on cooperation with the franchisor of Pret A Manger. You will ensure that brand standards are complied with and develop the concept at the same time as the local requirements of an international airport location. In close cooperation with our operating teams – especially on site in Zurich – You are implementing measures directly in the outlets. You understand the requirements of day-to-day business and make sure that concepts are not only strategically meaningful, but also practical. In addition, you will be involved in cross-departmental projects such as product leaches, marketing measures or the further development of the customer journey. In cooperation with interfaces such as marketing, purchasing, controlling and data, you ensure that all activities are interlocked and targeted.

The basis for your job with us is your studies in BWL, marketing or a comparable area. In the last 2 to 4 years, you have been able to gain well-founded experience in brand, cacegory or trade marketing, ideally within the (system) gastronomy or the FMCG industry. A familiar approach to the Swiss market is of course for you – whether through your training, work or well-founded market knowledge. You have safe handling of key figures and pronounced analytical skills. In addition, you have very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Thanks to your communication strength, you are always confident about internal and external partners. For the close exchange with our Swiss colleagues, you are regularly present at the location in Zurich. Negotiating German and English complete your profile.
