Your tasks:

Take these challenges *Responsible support, development and implementation of personnel development concepts

• Analysis of qualification requirements and design of tailor-made training measures Working with training and career planning Consultation of experts and executives in matters of personnel development Planning, organisation and implementation of training and training measures Administrative pre- and post-processing of personnel development measures representation, further development and implementation of internal talent management Working with HR projects, e.g. employer branding, digitalization or onboarding processes *Monitoring of measures through success controls and reporting

Your qualifications:

How to convince us Successfully completed studies in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Psychology with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification First professional experience in the field of personnel and organizational development *Good application knowledge in moderation and presentation techniques as well as in training concepts

• Self-employed and solution-oriented work A high level of team and communication skills and a high service orientation Sure knowledge of German and English in word and writing
