CAD Technical Support (m/f/d)

As a provider of 3D planning software, we deliver digital solutions for spatial planning and interior design. We have brought digitization into the craftsmanship and today form the entire service chain from consulting to planning to presentation in a seamless process. These are your tasks

You process incoming customer requests in your field. You can help our customers with problems with the range CAD via phone, remote maintenance and email. You create and update content for our e-learning platform. You like to act as a link between our development and our customers and actively contribute to the continuous development of our software.

You have a completed training, a study in the field of design, or a completed training in the craft sector. You bring a high level of customer and service orientation as well as communication strength, loadability and flexibility. You speak German fluently and ideally have good English skills. You like to develop practical solutions and give your knowledge more. You have an affinity for modern software and see technology as a helpful tool, not as an obstacle. You are a team player and like to take responsibility. You collect plus points with existing CAD experience.
