The M&i-Klinikgruppe Enzensberg is a privately run company and operates eight specialist clinics in Germany for specialized acute medicine and medical rehabilitation. Our goal is to promote health and create quality of life - true to our motto: discover new forces with us.

Conducting an activating-therapeutic care in seriously affected neurological patients: Monitoring and care of patients:inside with tracheal cannulas, PEG probes and restricted breathing Early mobility in close coordination with physiotherapy and ergotherapy Continuous observation of the neurological state and timely action in changes Implementation and support in basal stimulation, perception and swallow training Professional basic and treatment care Instruction and inclusion of relatives in the rehabilitation process Complete documentation and participation in interdisciplinary meetings compliance with hygiene rules; Safety guidelines and documentation standards of the clinic

completed training as health care and nursing staff: in, elderly caregivers: in or comparable qualification, ideally with experience neurology; IMC; Intensive care or early rehabilitation safe handling of patients with severe need for care and anxiety: inside Experience or readiness in dealing with tracheal cannulas PEG probes and monitoring high professional competence as well as the ability to detect changes in the neurological state early structured, responsible functioning Team skills and close cooperation in the interdisciplinary team Empathy, patience and professional handling of relatives in challenging situations
