Examination, processing and negotiation of national and international treaties – in particular in the sales and purchasing environment Legal contact for specialist departments and management in contractual and legal issues Ensuring compliance with Group-wide processes, guidelines and release processes Development, development and maintenance of legal standards, e.g. contract terms and model contracts, for the entire group of companies Examination of commercial issues, in particular the assessment of payment and contractual risks Selection and evaluation of appropriate safeguards and financial instruments in cooperation with relevant interfaces Participation in the continuous optimization of contract and risk processes

Successfully completed study of economic law (Bachelor / Master of Laws) or a comparable degree programme First practical experience in auditing and designing the contract Solution-oriented thinking and precise communication and negotiation capability Self-employed, structured and responsible work German and English knowledge in word and writing, other foreign languages are advantageous Safe handling of MS Office / M365 Standing for occasional national and international missions
