Requirements analysis: In the direct exchange with stakeholders from the specialist areas, you take requirements, analyze them thoroughly and translate them into clearly structured user stories as well as technical specifications – with particular focus on reporting, KPIs and dashboards Design & design: On this basis, you will design and design challenging reports, performance analytics dashboards and data visualizations that display complex relationships intuitively, clearly and decision-oriented Implementation & Configuration: Independently configure reports and dashboards in ServiceNow and work closely with the developer team to implement more complex requirements efficiently and sustainably Quality assurance: Through careful testing, ensure the data quality and the correct functionality of your reporting solutions and ensure reliable decision-making Knowledge Transfer: As a central contact person for all questions relating to reporting in CSM and RSM, you pass on your know-how and, if necessary, carry out practical user training Documentation: Create and maintain the necessary process and system documentation with a structured working method and ensure the long-term traceability of your solutions

Basis: A completed study of (economic) informatics, business management or a comparable qualification forms the stable foundation on which you build your expertise Professional Practice: You can rely on several years of experience as a Business Analyst, ServiceNow Consultant or in a comparable role, thereby understanding both technical and technical requirements ServiceNow expert: With sound knowledge of the ServiceNow platform – ideally including the CSM and RSM modules – move safely in the system and know how to efficiently implement requirements Reporting Focus: In the Conception and Implementation of Reports and Dashboards in ServiceNow you are at home; Concepts such as Performance Analytics, KPIs, metrics and data visualization are targeted for effective reporting Analytical View: Thanks to your strong analytical and conceptual capabilities, you can penetrate complex business requirements and transfer them to structured, practical reporting solutions Communication strength: With clear, address-oriented communication, you convince both specialist and technical teams and ensure that everyone has the same target image in mind Language competence: In the German-speaking environment, you communicate confidently and also have good English skills for cooperation in international contexts
