Senior Consultant (m/d) Customer Service Erfurt There's always something going on in logistics. There's action. But also feeling fine. Put on. But with bowls. One wheel goes into the other. Everything's flowing. And yet you're with us anything but a little girl in the gear. You can really move here. It's logistical! But convince yourself: You are the first person to contact our customers, a global market leader in the medical technology sector. Your tasks include the collection and processing of customer complaints in Jira. Examination of stocks and support in stock management are your responsibility. In close coordination, you work with internal and external interfaces. You prepare data, analyze it and create customer presentations. You also support smaller and medium-sized projects. General administrative activities are carried out independently. You'll also take care of the billing to our customers.

You have a successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualifications. First or multi-year professional experience in the logistics you already bring. A good understanding of logistical relationships is what distinguishes you. Your strengths include a high degree of reliability, care and team skills. The safe handling of MS Office applications is obvious to you. Your knowledge of German in word and writing are at a very good level.
