Our client is an established medium-sized family company in the building materials industry with decades of production experience and several locations in northern Germany. As a reliable partner in deep and infrastructure construction, the company develops and produces high-quality concrete components for municipal and commercial projects.

This position is aimed at leaders who want to be responsible for a production site with entrepreneurial design space and actively develop it. Total responsibility for the operation of a precast concrete substructure including budget responsibility Planning, control and continuous optimization of production processes and ensuring cost-effective production costs Leadership, motivation and further development of employees at the site Organisation and control of maintenance and maintenance measures on plants and machines Ensuring and further developing work safety, environmental and quality standards as well as close cooperation with sales, disposition and logistics Analysis of operational key figures and the creation of sound basis for the management to further develop the location

Technical training or studies, e.g. civil engineering, building materials technology, mechanical engineering or comparable Multiannual leadership experience in the concrete, building materials or manufacturing industry Knowledge of production control, process optimization and cost control Entrepreneurial thinking and structured and solution-oriented working methods Outstanding leadership competence and responsibility
