What you do • As a speaker (m/w/d) Innovation Management at the Institute for Innovation, Care and Age (IPA), you support the development, testing and implementation of innovative concepts in care. • You encourage innovations to emerge from practice by empowering employees to develop and implement their own ideas. • You advise new technologies, support employees through training and support change processes. • You will explore developments in assistive technologies and digital solutions and evaluate their potential for nursing. • You work closely with start-ups and external partners and actively shape the further development of our assistance system ALADIEN as well as the home emergency call.

What we imagine • Complete studies in nursing or health science, geontology, public health or a comparable area • knowledge of agile methods and experience in innovation and project management, ideally in the elderly or healthcare sector • Enthusiasm for new technologies and innovative supply concepts • Joy in the moderation and implementation of workshops and training for employees in the institutions • Self-employed, structured working and high communication skills • Team spirit and sense of responsibility
