For our SOS-Kinderdorf Oberpfalz we are looking for the next time Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in permanent employment, part-time or full-time (30 to 38.5 hours/Where.) In our new group, 6-8 children and young people from 6 years old will find a loving and family home in our SOS Children's Village. For different reasons, You cannot live with their families of origin in the medium or long term or because of their intensive needs. Our goal is to create an age-appropriate everyday life for them, to promote them and to provide valuable educational work. You have completed a training as an educator or nursein or medical educationin or a study of social or childhood education or have an equivalent degree. The education and promotion of children and young people are useful and valuable tasks for you. You like to work in the team, are helpful and it is important for you to pull on a string with others. You bring a high degree of stability and reliability in handling children who are insecure. You are a good lecturerin, listenerin, adventurerin, leaderin and negotiation expertin and love a varied group everyday. Reflection, documentation and the writing of reports on the course of help are a natural part of professional work for you. Your handling of proximity and distance to the representatives is professional.
