We are looking for a Technical Writer (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), which develops, designs and optimizes technical information products for our digitalization platform together with the team.

Technical Writer (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Location: Am Erlengraben 3, 76275 Ettlingen, Germany

After a well-founded incorporation, you will create target-group-oriented German and English-language information products (e.g. user manuals, online aids, release notes and technical documentation). You accompany our agile development processes and document the functions and features of our software products and platforms in a structured and comprehensible manner. In close coordination with project managers and technical consultants, you will design custom documentation and support for individual solutions if necessary. You support the team in the localization and quality assurance of the content and ensure terminological consistency. You will get your own feedback on your information products and continuously develop them.

You have successfully completed a degree in technical editorial, communication and media management or a comparable qualification. You have practical experience in software documentation, ideally in agile environment. You can express yourself safely in German and English, orally as in writing, and convince by your pronounced communication skills. In addition to very good MS Office skills, you will bring first practical experience with tools such as Atlassian Confluence, Jira, graphics programs and content management systems. With your independent, structured and careful work, you can prepare complex issues in a comprehensible and targeted manner. You use AI-based tools routined and responsibly to make research, structuring and production processes more efficient. .
