Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d)

Organization and coordination of national & international shipping processes Creation and verification of transit and customs documents Coordination with forwardings, carriers and internal interfaces Monitoring of delivery dates and transport costs Processing of deviations, complaints and delivery problems Maintenance of shipping data in the ERP system Support in optimising logistical processes

Completed commercial training, ideally forwarding / logistics / foreign trade or comparable study Experience in shipping processing or export logistics Knowledge of customs and foreign trade documents of advantage Safe handling of ERP systems (SAP desirable) Structured, reliable and solution-oriented operation Communication strength – also in contact with external partners Good knowledge of German and English
