Senior Analytics Engineer (m/f/d)

Product development and operation: You ensure the smooth operation of an AWS-based product to identify customer preferences and continuously develop this product End-to-end project work: from conception to analysis You Projects Together Data Engineering: The development of our data pipelines is in your hand Data quality and operation: You establish data quality checks, monitoring and alerting and assist in incident handling Product and Business Logic: You implement business logic in the product and make sure that requirements are translated cleanly into data structures and transformations Stakeholder management: You are in close cooperation with the departments for coordinating operation and platform orientation Your working environment Most of our product is programmed in Python and PySpark For data acquisition in the Data Warehouse, we use SQL while data analysis is carried out in R or Python We rely on a modern CI/CD pipeline with automated testing, code style testing and daily deployments We offer plenty of space for personal and team-wide training, time for refactorings and our range-wide Innovation Days

Completed studies (e.g. physics, mathematics, computer science, economics) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience as an analytic engineer, data scientist, data engineer or in a comparable role Very good Python knowledge for pipeline and software development Good SQL identifiers for data modeling and analysis Experience in building, operation and maintenance of data pipelines Routinized handling of modern software engineering practices (Git, Code Reviews, CI/CD, Testing) Practical experience with AWS (e.g. Glue, Lambda, Step Functions); Advantageous knowledge of Spark/Databricks
