Your role in our team:

• Support in the entire recruiting process: from the creation and switching of job advertisements, direct address and applicant management to appointment coordination
• Pre-selection of application documents and first communication with candidate:inside
• Participation in the development of new recruiting strategies and employer branding measures
• Care and update of our applicant management system
• Support for administrative tasks in the HR everyday

• enrolled student (m/w/d) in the field of human resources management, business management, psychology, or a comparable degree programme
• Interest in recruiting, employer branding and HR processes
• Structured, reliable and independent operation
• Communication strength and a friendly appearance
• Secure handling of MS Office (first experience with applicant management systems is a plus)
