Management of commercial project execution in building projects in the area of building automation for all branches of the Southwest region Implementation of forecasts, budget planning and ongoing controlling of sales costs and margins as well as deriving from the resulting measures to optimize project development Takeover of the interface function between central controlling and all decentralised branches to ensure smooth processes and information flows Creation of monthly and quarterly reports and participation in annual accounts as well as further development and support of the commercial project team Examination and approval of contracts, grants, awards and major offers, as well as the supervision of liquidity, debt management and risk management Purchasing and negotiation of after-contracting services in close coordination with central purchasing Support for regional management in business and operational topics (labour safety, health management)

Completed economic studies or comparable commercial training Multiannual experience in controlling and commercial project processing ideally in the construction industry or in the electrotechnical environment Funded knowledge in building contract law (VOB, BGB) and in project and follow-up management Safe handling of budgeting, forecasts, ERP systems and reporting tools Embossed ability to control multiple topics simultaneously, to set priorities and to act proactively Communication strength and analytical and entrepreneurial thinking Occupational services within the Southwest region do not pose a problem for you
