Operational direction: You are responsible for the daily business of the market bakery and ensure smooth operations throughout the entire operating process Customer service: You provide friendly, competent advice and create a positive shopping experience for our customers Availability of goods: You ensure equipping of the counter and high product availability according to requirements Teamwork: You support your team in day-to-day business and promote collaborative and performance-oriented cooperation Quality assurance: You consistently respect our quality standards and freshness of baked goods

Education: You ideally have a training as a seller, specialist seller, baker, confectioner or comparable Professional experience: You have experience in handling baked goods Management responsibility: You preferably rely on first experiences in the management of staff Customer-oriented appearance: You have joy in dealing with people and have a passion for fresh food Organisational skills: Whether goods disposition or personnel deployment planning - you always have your department in mind
