Our website and job market are the hub for qualified applications and relevant leads. As an online marketing manager (m/w/d) in an indefinite fixed position, you are responsible for this lever – strategically and operationally. You develop platforms, control performance marketing measures and combine recruiting, sales and marketing via funnels, data and clear priorities.

Responsibility for website and job market as a central platform for applications (B2C) and customer requests (B2B) Planning, control and implementation of a website relaunching (UX, SEO, tracking, redirects, conversion) Optimization of the Candidate Journey and the B2B-Customer-Journey (landing pages, industry solutions, contact and lead forms) Control of performance marketing measures, in particular Google Ads for Recruiting and B2B campaigns Interconnection of SEO, SEA, Content and UX for maximum effect Construction and maintenance of a tracking setup (GA4, Google Tag Manager) as well as use of HubSpot for lead detection, qualification and handover to sales Analysis and optimization of conversion rates, form breaks and landing pages Close cooperation with recruiting, sales, IT and external agencies Ensuring GDPR-compliant tracking and Consent management

Multiannual experience in online marketing, focusing on website, job market, performance marketing and B2B Very good knowledge of Google Ads, SEO (Onpage, technical, GEO/Local-SEO) and CMS (e.g. WordPress, Typo3) Experience in B2B management, landing pages and funnels Safe handling of GA4, Google Tag Manager and HubSpot Basic understanding of technology (HTML/CSS, charging times, interfaces) Understanding recruiting and sales tunnels Structured, data-based operation
