For the field of personal assistance, nytroo is looking for an area management (w/m/d) of personal assistance at the next time in part-time (30 hours) in Kassel.

In this role, you guide the area of personal assistance professionally and organizationally and ensure that all processes interlock reliably. Supported by the coordination forces, keep an overview of structures and processes and ensure that the performance documentation is implemented professionally correct and comprehensible. In doing so, you are responsible for determining the needs of our customers and develop processes within the framework of the BTHG. You lead team and case meetings, strengthen staff development and represent the area of sovereign outwards – in exchange with relatives, cooperation partners and the network.

You have a completed study in the social field or a comparable qualification and are legally safe in the field of integration aid. Structured work, sense of responsibility, and a clear view for processes are yours.
