SAUTER FM – As a team member of the Düsseldorf branch office, you will be the first contact partner*in for our customers in the object to be supervised by you at the Cologne site and are responsible for monitoring and operating the building technology.

Your duties

• reliably wait for the building equipment of your specialist area and maintain it
• Continuously take the inspections as well as functional checks on the building equipment and fix their faults if necessary
• at any time helpful to serve our customers and tenants
• also accompany and monitor the subcontractors we use
• carefully record warranty defects to track them in time
• alternating with colleagues take part in readiness

Your profile

• a completed training as an electronic engineer for building and infrastructure systems, as an electrical installer*in, or a comparable training
• first professional experience in building technology
• cross-sectoral knowledge in the field of HLKS, refrigeration, electrical, fire protection technology desirable
• Class B licence required
• pronounced service orientation and independent working
