• Organisation of all appointments to comply with statutory requirements (TÜV, UVV, driving licence controls) • Documentation of safety-relevant vehicle documents • Coordination of workshop dates and maintenance of the automotive fleet • Monitoring damage processing in cooperation with the external damage service provider • Maintenance and updating of vehicle master data in fleet systems (kilometres, tank card management, traffic delicts) • Participation in vehicle transfers and withdrawals • Exchange with vehicle users • Booking of accommodation for employees on assembly inserts • Invoicing in the fleet and in general administration

• completed commercial training and first professional experience • safe handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word • Knowledge and practical experience in fleet management are advantageous • organisational skills and structured approach • Reliability, team spirit and service orientation • independent, careful and sustainable operation • Communication and voting strength
