Promote international product development: analysis of markets, applications and customer requirements in agricultural technology, as well as construction, structuring and further development of international assortments Focus on regional market requirements: cooperation on product range strategies for different regions and market requirements as well as care and development of product range logics and structures Product areas technically responsible: Depending on the technical focus, you will support selected product areas: Focus on agricultural technology: spare and wear parts for soil processing, manure technology, harvesting machines, crop protection, animal husbandry and joint shafts. Main focus of tractor technology: replacement and wear parts for engine and engine components, drive technology (coupling, gearboxes, axles), electrical/electronics as well as car and vehicle equipment of tractors/trailers.

Market & Competition Developments: Continuous analysis of relevant developments and close cooperation with internal interfaces such as sales, marketing and quality management Supporting sales units in a targeted manner: Professionally prepare product information: creation of product information, application descriptions and argumentation aids as well as participation in product training and presentations Support market launches: support for market launches and product range extensions

Education & Qualification: Complete studies in the field of agricultural engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable, or a technical training with corresponding further qualification and practical relevance Professional experience & expertise: Good understanding of agricultural applications and machinery as well as interest in international markets and assortment work IT- & language skills: Very good MS-Excel knowledge as well as reliable German knowledge (C1) and good English knowledge Personal competence: Structured and analytical working methods as well as communication strength and team capacity.
