For our Hamburg location we are looking for you as: TSL Manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) Your future tasks: Operational control: You run the TSL/LCL gateway team Germany, is responsible for the budget and are active in Daily business to ensure and optimise operational processes and involved in quality improvement. Tariff and Purchase management: You first export tariffs for LCL, co-ordinating Import conditions and optimise shopping through rat negotiations and allocation agreements with service providers. Financial analysis: You conducts profit/loss analyses in order to achieve economic efficiency , Strategic product development LCL: You drive strategic development of the German LCL products by building new collection containers and coload consolidations, existing expanding traffic and new Trade Lanes in cooperation with overseas developed. Hub concepts: You develop stroke concepts including pre- and follow-up calculations for the network. Communication & Reporting: You're looking for close exchange with sales and purchasing, communicate intensively with national branches and overseas and reports to the German and European TSL management. Data processing: You create presentations and statistics Support for decision-making. What we do wish: Education: You have a training to/from the merchant / Saleswoman for forwarding and logistics services, forwarding merchant (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), a logistically influenced Study or something comparable completed. Experience: You bring several years of professional experience, especially in the field of sea freight. LCL specialist: You are experienced in the handling of LCL gateways and consolidations. Leadership experience: The Head of an operational team is familiar to you.
