You are a lawyer (with LL.B./Bachelor of Laws degree) and brings the necessary sensitivity to the problems of foreign patients? Then we offer you an interesting professional perspective in the execution of measures in the foreign counselling (m/w/d), which is occupied at the next possible time.

You are responsible for the collection of the foreign status of foreign patients, including all social and passport matters during reception and its continuous updating. You conduct foreign-law consultation of patients taking into account the psychiatric condition and the therapeutic course, possibly also leading to repatriation measures. You support and advise patients when applying for and extending residence documents, including taking into account the dismissal situation. You advise the employees of the other professional groups in the treatment and therapy planning with regard to the effects of foreign status.

You have good knowledge of social and foreign law. You have a degree in law (LL.B./Bachelor of Laws) or a comparable degree. Ideally, you already have experience in working with mentally ill people. You have an interest and willingness to professional training. You are characterized by a high degree of professional and personal commitment and a pronounced social and intercultural competence. You count the joy of decision-making, independent work and enforcement to your strengths. You are flexible in time and have a valid class B driving permit. You are a team player and enjoy working with different professions. You have good knowledge of English.
