Responsible supervision and control of projects in the field of energy management and building energy efficiency within the facility management Analysis and evaluation of existing technical installations in existing buildings, in particular heating, heat supply, heat pump, ventilation, refrigeration and building automation systems Identification of energy saving and optimization potentials and development of economic and sustainable policies Conducting technical inventory and energy assessments at our customers nationwide Creation of energy analyses, economic considerations, concepts and policy templates Planning, coordination and monitoring of the implementation of energy efficiency and optimization measures Control internal and external project participants and close cooperation with our regional FM teams Advising our customers on topics of energy efficiency, decarbonisation and sustainable building management Participation in the expansion and further development of our energy management and building energy efficiency portfolio Support in achieving sustainability and climate protection goals of our customers

Complete further education on the state-tested technician or completed studies as a Diplom-Ingenieur, Bachelor or Master of Supply Technology, Building Technology, Energy Technology or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in energy management, supply engineering, facility management or technical building equipment (TGA) Knowledge of technical building facilities, in particular in the fields of heating, heat pump technology, ventilation, climate, cold and building automation Experience in the analysis of energy consumption and the identification and implementation of energy efficiency measures Understanding economic relationships and evaluating investment and optimization measures Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Embossed communication and consulting skills in handling customers and project partners Safe occurrence and organisational and project management skills Ready for nationwide customer appointments Very good German knowledge in word and writing, as well as good English knowledge
