You are responsible for opening and dismantling the breakfast buffet and ensure sufficient availability and a varied selection of dishes and drinks You prepare simple cold foods (cheese / sausage plates, salads etc.) & beverages and provide information on the composition or ingredients of the food You welcome our guests for breakfast and inform them about our food and drink offer You are responsible for the cleanliness of your work area according to the HACCP and our internal standards You manage and monitor stocks and supplies and make orders for food and consumables You have the pleasure of working in a diverse working environment and are flexible to changing working hours such as weekends or under the week as well as early morning shifts, afternoons or evenings.
