HR Management: You are the first person to be employed in all HR matters – in close cooperation with the regional HR manager (m/w/d) and our central HR department in Hamburg Recruiting and Onboarding: You control the entire application process at the site – from the personnel requirement to successful onboarding – and make sure that we win the appropriate talents in the commercial and commercial sectors. Personal marketing: You identify the best location-specific recruiting channels, develop targeted strategies and further develop our personal marketing measures Personnel administration: You secure an efficient and frictionless HR administration and have experience in preparing pay billing Cooperation: You work with the Works Council in a trustworthy manner and are flexible to carry out operations across the site at the Alsfeld site

Qualification: Successful completion of commercial training or completion of studies of the Business Administration (BWL) Certification: At best, you have a training certificate (AEVO / AdA) or are willing to acquire it Vocational experience: Practice in the field of human resources, ideally with a focus on recruiting professional employees or personnel, as well as knowledge in labour law EDV: Know-how in the handling of personal and time management systems (e.g. SAP, ZEUS) Personality: High level of social competence, team spirit and expressive communication strength and empathy in dealing with different personalities.
