You are planning and compiling the com­plete processing technology for CNC lathes, including the selection and provision of relevant manufacturing equipment, such as equipment, clamping means or tools; In this case, take into account pre-stored coating processes. You produce production programmes for CNC lathes with main, counter and motor milling spindles (5-axis machining) in our CAD/CAM environment and accompany their introduction to the stable production run. You document production and quality data, carry out statistical evaluations such as trend analysis and derive optimal correction measures. You act as a central technical response, support the introduction of new machines, products or procedures and contribute to a frictionless production process.

You have successfully completed their studies in the field of mechanical engineering, automation and production technology; You can present a similar training and further training in the field of technology and have a multiannual professional experience in the field of CNC-controlled 5-axis processing. You have a very good technological understanding for machines, plants and modern manufacturing technologies. Know-how in the handling of industrial cutting points (e.g. OPC UA), characteristics in the statistical measurement data acquisition and analysis (e.g., Minitab, Excel, SPC) as well as in the aeronautical industry or air travel specific manufacturing processes are of advantage.
