The Georg Reischl Spedition GmbH is a family-run, medium-sized logistics company with about 400 employees. For our location in Ebersberg we are now looking for a reinforcement of our team of personnel department (m/d) in fulltime and part-time. Your main tasks: pay and salary billing of the entire group of companies taking into account the relevant legal regulations Onboarding & Offboarding by employees, master data maintenance Certification and reporting Central point of contact for employees and authorities, (Not including the personnel search and the recruiting process) Your competence profile: Completed training ideally with HR deepening Benefit from professional experience in the field of staff Knowledge in the fields of human resources, labour and social security law German in Word and Writing, English knowledge desirable knowledge in one of the common accounting systems or Willingness to work in new fields of work Flexibility and reliability Why we can recommend this position: Long-term working environment and area of responsibility Successful company on growth path Green surroundings to relax in the lunch break or after service Attractive and varied workplace with good operating climate
