Individually responsible handling of national and international payment orders, including transfers, direct debits and cheques.

Contact person for all questions from private and corporate customers about cashless payment, account management and card services.

Implementation of account openings and closures, as well as maintenance of customer master files and online banking.

Active participation in the optimization of digital payment processes and internal workflows.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as money laundering prevention and privacy policies.

A completed training as a banking businessman or a comparable qualification in the financial sector.

Professional experience in payment or in a similar position within a bank is advantageous.

Safe handling of common banking systems and MS Office.

High service orientation, care, communication skills and interest in digital processes.

Excellent knowledge of German in word and writing; solid knowledge of English is desirable.

Compensation under the BAP/DGB tariff agreement.
