The NÜRNBERGER intermediary is the central interface between sales partners and our company in the accounting process: Here, contributions, courtagens, damage and billing data are collected. Our goal is to ensure transparency, correct settlements and reliable cash flows – as a basis for trusting cooperation with our intermediaries. That is exactly why we are: we ensure quality, reliability and fairness in the billing process. Persons with severe disability are preferably taken into account for the places to be occupied in the interior service with the same suitability.

After a structured incorporation, you will independently process tasks in the intermediary collection. You receive a firm own area of competence or Agency stock for which you take the professional responsibility You process in-depth accounting of brokers to contributions, courtagens, damages, insurance tax and other business incidents, collect them in individual items and clarify settlement differences You start and enter into contracts in the legal dunning procedure and, if necessary, initiate further steps – always in coordination with brokers or departments in our house You are the first contact person to ask for intermediary billing as well as all billing data You conduct written and oral communication with brokers, broker directors and internal departments to clarify differences in contributions and commissions You monitor and control the regular bills, the timely payment receipt and the age structure of the balances You continuously evaluate the risk of receivables and defaults and, if necessary, conduct appropriate measures Participation in meetings with inventory and damage departments, sales, IT and intermediaries is of course for you

You have a completed insurance business training, training as an insurance specialist or a comparable commercial training. Alternatively, you have a degree in business management or a comparable degree. Professional experience in the field of insurance is desirable, but no condition Knowledge of accounting and finance is welcome – we are also pleased to see an interest in accounting and accounting issues.
